Auto Repair & Motoring

Websites for Garages, Workshops & Auto Specialists

Four workshops, three of them in Dubai and one performance specialist. The pattern in this sector is unusually clear: most of the work arrives from somebody searching on a phone with a problem happening right now, and almost all of it is decided before they reach your website.

What is different here

Building for auto repair & motoring

01

The map pack is most of the battle

Search anything “near me” on a phone and the three map results sit above everything else. For a workshop, a properly built Google Business Profile usually brings in more work than a redesign does, so we set it up alongside the site and treat the website as what convinces people after the click.

02

A page per repair, in the words customers use

“Transmission repair”, “AC not cooling”, “pre-purchase inspection”. People search the symptom or the job, never “auto maintenance services”. Each job is its own page and its own much-easier search term.

03

Tap to call above everything else

Somebody at the roadside is not filling in a contact form. A phone number that dials on tap, visible without scrolling, is the single highest-value element on the page.

04

WhatsApp, because they will send a photo

In the Gulf especially, a customer would rather photograph the problem than describe it. A tap-to-WhatsApp path converts better than a form and gives you a diagnosis before they arrive.

05

Proof that you can do the work

Photographs of the actual workshop and the actual team, the brands and systems you are equipped for, and real reviews. Stock imagery of a generic garage is visibly stock and reads as a business with nothing of its own to show.

06

Hours that are correct, including the weekend

“Open now” is surfaced prominently and a profile that claims to be open when the shutter is down earns exactly one kind of review. In the UAE that means getting the Friday and weekend pattern right, and remembering Ramadan hours.

What we do for clients here

Written on this in more detail: websites for Dubai garages and winning the map pack. You can also see what clients said, or how we work with businesses in this market.

We do not publish a rate card, because the number depends on the scope. What you get instead is a written scope and a fixed figure before anything starts, and it does not move unless you change the brief.

Questions

What auto repair & motoring clients ask us

On its own, less than you would hope. For a workshop the order that works is Google Business Profile first, then the service pages, then the rest of the site. We will tell you if the profile is the cheaper win, even though the website is the bigger project for us.

They can, and for some workshops it works well. For plenty of others a tap-to-call and a WhatsApp button convert better, because the job needs diagnosing before a time can be agreed. We will recommend based on how you actually take work in.

Yes — categories, service areas, hours, photos and the review routine. The primary category alone decides which searches you are eligible for, and it is the most common thing we find set wrong.

Only for places you genuinely serve, and genuinely differently. A handful of real area pages works; forty templated ones with the place name swapped is a doorway pattern and Google treats it as one.

Where your customers are genuinely Arabic-speaking, yes, properly and right-to-left. For a lot of Dubai workshops the customer base is mixed and English plus WhatsApp support covers it — we will give you our honest read rather than selling a second language you do not need.
