Medical Billing & RCM

Websites for Medical Billing & RCM Companies

This is the sector we have built in most. Six revenue cycle management and medical billing companies, all of them live, and the structure that generates enquiries has been consistent enough across them that we now start from it rather than working it out again each time.

What is different here

Building for medical billing & rcm

01

A page per service line, not one services page

Credentialing, prior authorisations, coding, denial management and AR follow-up are five different purchases made by the same person at different moments. Bundled onto one page you rank for none of them; split out, each is a lower-competition search term and a specific problem answered.

02

Specialty pages, where you genuinely work the specialty

“Medical billing for cardiology” and “behavioural health billing” have different payer rules and different denial patterns behind them. A page that demonstrates you know the difference converts far better than a general one, and the terms are a fraction of the competition.

03

Denial management shown as mechanics

This is the pain that makes a practice switch vendor. A page that explains how you actually work a denial does more than any amount of copy about accuracy, and it is the page most competitors do not have.

04

Named people and real credentials

Healthcare buyers want to know who is handling their revenue. An anonymous team page is a negative signal in this sector, and AAPC or AHIMA credentials stated plainly carry more weight than a design refresh.

05

Forms built as if they could carry PHI

Encrypted in transit, never relayed in plain text to a personal inbox, with a retention policy behind them. HIPAA has no certification for an agency to hold and we will not imply one — but we will not build you an exposure either.

06

Claims a practice manager can check

“98% clean claim rate” appears on hundreds of these sites and persuades nobody any more. Specifics, payer names and a real process read as true because they are checkable.

What we do for clients here

Written on this in more detail: what an RCM website has to get right and PHP2Shell and healthcare sites. You can also see what clients said, or how we work with businesses in this market.

We do not publish a rate card, because the number depends on the scope. What you get instead is a written scope and a fixed figure before anything starts, and it does not move unless you change the brief.

Questions

What medical billing & rcm clients ask us

Six, and all six are live case studies on this site rather than logos on a wall. That is a real specialism but it is not a long client list, and we would rather you judged it by looking at the work than by us calling ourselves market leaders.

There is no HIPAA certification for a web agency to hold, and anyone who tells you they have one is describing something that does not exist. What we do is treat any form that could carry patient information accordingly: encrypted in transit, never emailed in plain text, with a retention policy. If your counsel needs a business associate agreement, raise it before the build rather than after.

Often, yes. If the foundation is sound the service-line and specialty pages are usually the highest-value change and they can be added to what you have. We will tell you honestly if the existing site is the thing holding you back.

Both, and in this sector they are difficult to separate — the page structure is the SEO. Splitting them between two suppliers is the most common reason these sites underperform.

You do. The repository, the hosting in your own name, the domain registered to you. No login that only we hold, and no lock-in to our maintenance.
