How the CitiLab site came together
We designed and built it on WordPress, laying the content out across services, test lists, machines, accreditations so a visitor gets to what they came for in a click or two. We trimmed the steps between a product page and a paid order, then checked the lot on a handset.
Orders go through the site; anything that needs a conversation first has somewhere to go.
