What went into the Emric website
It is structured around shop, collections, shipping policy, exchange and refund policy, so nothing important sits buried. We trimmed the steps between a product page and a paid order, then checked the lot on a handset.
It does two jobs at once: takes orders, and takes the enquiries that are too involved to buy off a page.
